Training

Training is a process of developing skills and knowledge to enhance work efficiency and quality. This includes practices such as Skills and technical training for job performance development, Leadership Training to develop leadership skills by focusing on decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and inspiration to drive team success, SLT (Systematic Learning Training), which helps make learning systematic and effective; development based on the Kaizen principle, which focuses on continuous improvement; personal potential development through Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, aimed at enhancing each individual’s strengths; and training in hygiene and safety to raise awareness and reduce risks in the workplace. These training programs help improve skills and develop the potential of individuals and organizations for sustainable growth.

Assessment

We have passed product quality evaluations and factory standards audits from various organizations. This includes an assessment by the Ministry of Industry, certifying us as a Green Factory Level 2, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards to meet international requirements. Additionally, we receive performance assessments from brands and partners to align with global standards, as well as evaluations from department stores and retailers to ensure product quality and delivery meet the required criteria.

Social Enterprise

We are committed to creating a social enterprise that goes beyond merely generating profits for partners and stakeholders. Our mission is to build a better society and environment sustainably, focusing on comprehensive social development through various initiatives such as workforce skill development, employment of vulnerable groups, donations to those in need, blood donation drives, and the use of environmentally friendly raw materials. We believe that social enterprises can promote community economic growth, reduce social inequality, and simultaneously compete effectively and sustainably in the market.

Environment

We are taking steps to reduce our footprint across our businesses while creating a positive, lasting impact on the world.

CC Apparel is committed to reducing environmental impact by installing a 180-kilowatt solar rooftop system, cutting CO₂ emissions by 189 tons per year, equivalent to planting 19,900 trees annually. This initiative supports clean energy use, sustainability, and cost reduction.

Aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategies, the company promotes carbon credit reductions, transparency in management, and sustainable supply chain practices with eco-friendly materials.
